Makeda DB‘s first 2014 foal has arrived via embryo transfer, and it is her first colt! Her second foal by Thee Desperado, this black colt is a full brother to Mansoura DB.

We have named him Thee Masada DB. “Masada” means foundation or fortress and holds great personal meaning to us as the name of an amazing fortress we visited in Israel.

Thee Masada is nominated for the 2015 EBC Colt class!

Makeda is also due in March 2015 with a foal by The Sequel RCA.

 

Amirah Gemaal DB and Mansoura DB are currently in training with Arabians Ltd. for the 2014 Egyptian Event!

Mansoura DB is Dreamco’s  Egyptian Breeders Challenge (EBC) Filly entry and will make her show debut in June.

Her barnmate Amirah Gemaal DB won her EBC Filly class in 2012 and promises to be competitive as a 3-year-old!

Congratulations to our beautiful Dreamco girls, Amirah Gemaal DB and Dixie Dreamer DB, who each earned Top Five honors in their classes at the 2013 Egyptian Event. We are so proud of these beauties!

Dixie Dreamer DB (Thee Infidel x Passion TF by Alixir) was crowned Reserve Champion Mare.

Amirah Gemaal DB (Bellagio RCA x Silkh SWA by Thee Infidel) was named Junior Champion Mare of the show!

 Way to go, girls; on to the Egyptian Event!

We appeared with Amirah Gemaal DB in Arabian Horse World magazine in the summer of 2012, following her first Egyptian Event win as Champion EBC Filly!

Dreamco Arabians had an amazing 2012 Egyptian Event!

Our highlights:

Amirah Gemaal DB won the EBC Filly class, winning over $21,000!
Makeda DB was named Champion of her 3-Year-Old Mares class!
We purchased an EBC breeding to Thee Desperado for a record price, and will breed Makeda DB to him next year for a 2014 foal who will be eligible for the 2015 EBC class!

Makeda DB was named Champion Mare at the Katy Christmas Show, and she was also AOTR Champion Mare, led by our daughter Nicole. What a wonderful Christmas gift!

Makeda DB was a Top Ten Futurity Filly at Dreamco’s very first horse show, the 2011 Egyptian Event! We have caught the “show bug” and can’t wait to keep competing!
